| Director SJ is an accountant by profession being a fellow Chartered Institute of
Management Accountants UK and a fellow of Certified Practicing Accountant Australia. In
1982 he was appointed Group Executive Director of Hayleys Group, a large blue chip company
in Sri Lanka. In 1993, SJ joined Herron Pharmaceuticals, a Brisbane based company
and was appointed to the Board in 1994. Herron was acquired by a large
pharmaceutical company, Sigma in 2003. SJ worked within Sigma till July 2004.
After which he joined the founder of Herron and works for Goannacorp which is
currently involved in diversified business and managing investment portfolios. |

He has spent the last 24 years involved in every aspect of the tea trade. His
knowledge extends to the tea industries in countries such as CIS, Turkey, China, Iran,
India, Vietnam and Kenya. He is as familiar with corporate business issues skills

taster, having had his initial training with Forbes & Walker Tea Brokers - the largest
tea brokering company in Sri Lanka. |

| Director Finance Department Gunasiri is the financial expert at Heritage Teas.
His skills in financial accounting and forecasting are derived from 23 years of work
experience at very high levels in the field of accounting. He has worked in the tea and
apparel industry. He is also an expert in human resource management and overlooks
several operational aspects of the company. |
