- The National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia Limited (NASAA) for
complying with NASAA's standards for bagging, packing and exporting organic teas.
- ISO 9001:2000 quality management certification. Accreditation bodies - UKAS (UK),
ANSI-RAB (USA), RVA (NETHERLANDS).
- Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification (Netherlands).
