Our sophisticated German Tea bagging machines are capable of Producing up to 150 Tea Bags per minute.  The bags produced by these machines are of the String and Tag, Double Chamber Variety.  This type of Tea bag has many benefits over other types of Tea bags such as a faster, better and a more even brew.  The Tea Bagging Machines are also capable of producing the above mentioned Tea Bags with or without an outer envelope.

To ensure product uniformity and strict control of the product specifications, Tea Bags are tested for weight conformity and other quality checks.  This is further complimented by each carton of tea bags being weighed by pneumatic weight checkers.

The Tea bagging section also boast two English made Cellophane Over-wrapping machines which can be custom set to handle any size of Tea Bag carton.

In 2003 Heritage further developed the Tea Bagging product line by introducing a Pot Bagging Machine.  This very versatile Italian bagging machine is capable of producing Tag-less square Pot Bags.  The Machine is capable of Packing Pot Bags from 2grms to 28grms (1oz).

Our Tea Bagging section has also been Certified by NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture – Australia) for the Processing and Packing of Organic Teas.
